In order to step into your next level of business, there's some key things you need to have in place...

Here's the process and flow of this program:
- Inventory Projects: Get crystal clear on specific goals, skills, resources and an action plan to on-board your VA using my Project Success Grid™
- Collaboration Forum: using Google Folder and any other efficient systems for collaboration
- Scheduling: review usage and efficiency of how you're using your calendar (goal being ability to maximize your time, time-blocking, themed days, merging with project/task management system, etc)
- Curated List of Your Tasks: list all business tasks (currently on your plate and tasks that you're considering adding in the near future)
- Prioritize: so there's a clear path, prioritize tasks that someone else could do
In this 6 session program, you will receive:
- suggestions for more efficient and effective use of your calendar system
- identified areas for more streamlined processes (no one should be outsourcing an inefficient or incomplete process)
- check-ins on readiness to hiring a VA at every session
You will be expected to:
- complete an Intake Packet prior to your 1st session (I’ll get a picture of your current situation both process and mindset)
- do work in between our sessions (make lists, create outlines of process, and the like)
- be strongly encouraged and supported by me to experiment and do things differently
Duration of sessions will be between 30 and 60 minutes (whatever is most productive/necessary)
Sessions to be held within 6 weeks (you've got things to do so we're moving thru this with a quick pace and ease)
Frequency of sessions to be determined based on each sessions progress

Beyond Road To Outsourcing...
=> For those who need more sessions to be ready to hire a VA: a bundle of 3 session will be $350.
=> For those who engage in additional packages with me (for reasons beyond hiring a VA), I would apply a $100 credit because you invested in this Road to Outsourcing package. Package options will be discussed at the appropriate time with each client.
